Programs and Pathways to Your Wellbeing
Everyone’s recovery journey is different, so MYINDSET offers multiple pathways to make it as easy as possible for you to access help. Our programs work together—or independently—depending on what’s right for you. Explore the options below to find your fit, or call us at 317-207-0273 and we’ll help you figure out the best starting point.

Medication Management
Not sure if medication is the right step, or looking to maintain your mental health with your current regimen? Our board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners specialize in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and personalized medication plans for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and substance use disorders. We also offer Spravato (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression and long-acting injectable medications. Your first appointment includes a thorough assessment, and every visit afterward focuses on your progress and goals.

Peer Recovery Services
Sometimes the most powerful support comes from someone who has been there. Our Certified Peer Recovery Coach in Mental Health (CPRC-MH) brings lived experience alongside professional training to help you navigate the mental health system, connect with resources, build coping skills, and set meaningful goals. This isn’t about someone fixing things for you—it’s person-driven support that empowers you to help yourself.

Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health
No matter where you are in your pregnancy journey—trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or navigating life after birth—your mental health matters. Our perinatal program is led by a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who holds specialized certifications in both perinatal mood disorders (PMH-C) and lactation consulting (IBCLC). This dual expertise means you get integrated care that addresses mood, anxiety, medication safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and infant feeding challenges all in one place. We also offer Zurzuvae for postpartum depression.

Student Sessions
MyINDset is working to bridge the gap for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured. Our upcoming student sessions program will allow you to receive care from supervised graduate-level clinicians at reduced cost. In the meantime, our peer recovery navigation services can help connect you with resources. Check back soon for updates.

Individual Therapy and Counseling
Healing takes work, but you don't have to do it alone. Our licensed therapists provide individual counseling using proven approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, PTSD, or major life changes, we partner with you to build the skills and insights needed to move forward. Sessions are available in person or via telehealth, and our therapists work directly with our psychiatric providers when integrated care is needed.

Not Sure Where to Start?
That’s completely okay. Call us at 317-207-0273 or email contact@MYINDSET.com. Same-day appointments for medication management may be available based on nurse practitioner availability. We’ll help you figure out which program is the best fit for you.
