Step 2: Complete Your Intake Forms
Before your first visit, we'll send you secure intake forms to complete. These help us understand your health history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. Everything you share is confidential and judgement free.
Step 3: Attend Your First Appointment
Your initial appointment is a chance for us to get to know you. We'll discuss: What brings you to MYINDSET? Your mental health history and current symptoms. Your goals for treatment. Questions you have about our services. The best treatment plan tailored specifically to you. This is your time. There's no judgment, no rush—just compassionate listening and expert guidance. Your initial appointment will be between 60 and 90 min in length.
What to Bring to Your First Appointment
To make your first visit as smooth as possible, please bring:

Can I do telehealth for my first visit?
Absolutely. Many of our patients prefer starting with telehealth for added comfort and convenience.
What if I'm not sure what kind of help I need?
That's completely okay. During your initial consultation, we'll help you figure out the best path forward together.
Is there a waitlist?
We strive to schedule new patients as quickly as possible. Call us to check current availability. We can typically get individuals in within 72 business hours with one of our psychiatric nurse practitioners.
